Leadership is a quality or attribute involving inspiring and motivating others to achieve a goal or multiple goals, usually seen as good or beneficial for the people involved.

Management, on the other hand, is a set of processes, procedures & policies administered for a group of people or individuals to achieve a common goal or goals aimed by managers.
